We are developing and piloting several tasks for: 

1. A neuropsychological battery for Tagalog (Filipino) speakers 

2. A speech and language battery for Spanish speakers 

These tasks include speech and language measures specifically constructed for the linguistic features of each language. This project will generate novel data to inform current dementia diagnostic criteria, which is currently based on deficits in English speakers. They will also give insight into the neuroanatomical correlates of speech and language from understudied languages.
